"Tech Assassin" Game Trailer

  • Listening to: the voices in my head
  • Reading: what I am typing
  • Watching: my fingers hit the wrong keys
  • Playing: no, I am trying to be serious
  • Eating: nothing. food makes the keys sticky
  • Drinking: coffee, blond and sweet
I recently had a class in video and audio editing. The motivation of the class was to make a game trailer. We were required to use stills, but I opted for some animation as well. I can't post it here because of copyright problems. Here everything has to be made by me. The video contains models from the DAZ 3D site as well as music from Warrant. Proper credits are given at the end of the video. I have posted it on my MySpace page and those of you interested can see it here:

could use a little improvement on the pacing, but not bad. motion bits were the best, final scene specifically. :3

The sculptor shapes the clay, but without the clay the sculptor would find himself useless. So the clay deserves some recognition for his art. They are partners, not master and slave.

I just watch your game trailer,
Good job: on concept and the usage of stills was well placed.
Good job: showing energy in the posing while the 3 ladies were getting shot.
Good job: getting the story across.
Suggestion: Animation a bit choppy-- The right hand (that could be a number of reasons)
Suggestion: would have love to see some particles of stone on the Running scene
Suggestion: would have like to see fast moving stills or maybe heartbeat light to dark gradient stills towards the end.
Now of course over all I enjoyed the work and my suggestion is only a matter of my opinion
